Luke 8:5-15

Throughout summer, we continue to water, weed and till. We harvest what we have planted and in the fall, clear our gardens and restore the soil and beds to a condition that prepares for the next year. So much care, so much hope, so much hard work. Let us ask whether we do the same with our lives? Have we thought about our Stewardship? Do we plan our giving of Time, Talents and Treasures? Do we consider tithing not just our Treasures but our Time and Talents as well. Do we prepare for the Kingdom of Heaven knowing that one day, we will be asked to be accountable. For the sake of our Salvation, let’s make sure we are focusing on the good ground each and every day of our lives!
